This was a frustrating lesson for me. Karl was so resistant and emotional and I wasn’t able to clearly and effectively communicate with him. I need to be clear in my intention and not allow him to move me. I don’t have to be punishing, but I have to be firm and clear in my ask. He needs to cut the crap because I’m being fair, but he’s taking my weakness and self-doubt and running with it because I’ve allowed it in the past. Ended on a good note and we will keep moving forward.

Started the herd on an herbal wormer today.

One of our borders made the biscuits from Ted Lasso - so delicious!!!
