Cold front coming in - I kept my energy calm which all the horses responded to @ turn in. I’m getting in a great groove here.

Lesson was tricky, Karl was very distracted and concerned with the other horses calling to him. We rode at 10am, usually we ride after chores. He was wild on the lunge but eventually settled. Riding was okay, but great for me because I was so aware of all my body after yesterday - seat feet really opened my eyes. Did some posting to sitting to posting at the trot and it got really nice. I rode from my seat and my legs stayed soft and I found nice independence of seat, upper and lower leg.
