We pushed Karl to a great place today. Our lesson was only groundwork and he was very relaxed. He started a bit mouthy but I don’t give it energy and keep him forward. He doesn’t want to push or fall as much on the shoulders. My aids felt more refined and we started to play with shoulder in on the long side. Really need to work on my draw with my hips and keeping bend through the spine. 

I drove out to the hay barn in 1 of 2 big tractors with Luther. Loaded 90 bales, 50 second cut and 40 first cut on a trailer to bring back to the parlor barn. I’ll learn how to drive the tractor when I’m ready.
